The promotional video was made to raise funds for the sequel, but the lead actor Joe Spinel passed away before the funds were raised. This five minute short film was produced by director Giovinazzo ("Battle Shock") and star Joe Spinell, and was intended to be used to finance a sequel to William Lustig's popular movie "Crazy", but unfortunately, Spinell passed away before the entire film was shot. The center of the story is a TV clown named Mr. Robbie (played by Spinel), who was abused by his father when he was a child, so now, as an adult, he goes out to kill the man who abuses children. The characteristic of this video is a basic setting followed by a murder case, which is as vivid as what was seen in the original movie. The death scene is very vivid, but for such a promotional video, it looks very good. Spinel's death is truly regrettable, as it could have been another wonderful treasure, but at least we still have so little time left.
